✅ Step-by-Step Guide to Set Up a Distribution Account

Step 1: Sign Up & Contact Karhari Media

• Visit our official website or contact our team directly.

• Fill out the account application form with your:

  • Name / Label name

  • Email ID

  • Phone number

  • City / Country

  • Type: Artist, Label, or Company

  • Brief about your music catalog

Step 2: Sign the Distribution Agreement

• After your application is reviewed, you will receive a digital distribution agreement.

• Carefully read and sign the agreement electronically.

• Once approved, your account setup process will begin.

Step 3: Account Creation & Access

• Karhari Media will create your dashboard/account.

• You will receive secure login credentials to access your distribution dashboard (via CMS or platform panel).

• You can now begin uploading your releases.

Step 4: Upload Your Music (Metadata & Artwork)

To release a track, prepare the following:

• Audio File: WAV/FLAC (high quality)

• Artwork: JPEG, 3000×3000 pixels (no logos/URLs/copyrights)

• Metadata:

  • Artist Name(s)

  • Release Title

  • Genre & Subgenre

  • Language

  • Release Date

  • Composer / Lyricist / Producer credits

  • ISRC & UPC (If not available, Karhari Media will assign these)

Use the dashboard to:

• Upload the files

• Fill in all release details

• Select the platforms where you want the music to go live

Step 5: Release Review & Approval

• Our content team will review your release for quality, copyright compliance, and formatting.

• If approved, it will be scheduled for release on your selected date.

• If corrections are needed, the release will be returned to you with comments.

Step 6: Distribution to Digital Stores

• Once approved, your music will be delivered to:

  • Music Platforms: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon, Deezer, etc.

  • Indian DSPs: JioSaavn, Gaana, Wynk, Hungama

  • Social Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Content ID, TikTok
