🎵 Karhari Media Music Distribution: Step-by-Step Guide to Upload Artwork & Metadata
✅ Step 1: Sign Up and Complete the Agreement
Before you can upload your music:

Visit the Karhari Media Music Distribution Platform.

Create your account by providing basic details (name, email, phone, company/artist name).

Accept the Terms and Conditions.

Complete the distribution agreement (digital contract).

Once approved, you will get access to the upload dashboard.
🎨 Step 2: Prepare & Upload Cover Artwork
✅ Artwork Guidelines (Strictly Followed by All DSPs: Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)

🧾 Step 3: Enter Metadata for Your Music
A. Release Details

| UPC/EAN | Let Karhari Media generate this unless you have your own code |
| Release Date | Choose your global release date (minimum 7 days ahead) |
| Copyright Line | E.g., (P) & (C) 2025 Karhari Media Music or your company name |
B. Track-Level Metadata (Repeat for Each Track)

📤 Step 4: Upload Audio Files

Upload the WAV format file for each track.

Ensure track audio quality is professional and studio-grade.

Do not include silence or promotional audio (e.g., DJ tags, announcements).
🔍 Step 5: Review and Submit

Double-check metadata spelling and artist names.

Confirm release date and territories.

Click on “Submit for Review”.

Karhari Media’s content team will review within 24–48 hours.
🚀 Step 6: Distribution & Release
Once approved:

Your release will go live on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon, Gaana, JioSaavn, Resso, Wynk, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.

You can track your release status and earnings in the dashboard.
🛠️ Post-Release Tips

Promote your release on social media with proper links.

Use YouTube Content ID for copyright protection (enabled by Karhari Media).

Submit to playlists through Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, etc.
