Content Delivery Time Policy for Artists, Labels, and Music Companies

When an artist, label, or music company submits a music release to Karhari Media Music, our content review and delivery process follows a strict and timely schedule to ensure smooth distribution across all major digital platforms.

🕒 Step-by-Step Delivery Timeline

1. Content Review (3 Working Days):
   Once your release is submitted through your Karhari Media Music dashboard, our internal team will review your artwork, metadata, audio files, and release information.

   • Timeframe: Up to 3 working days

   • Purpose: Ensure content accuracy, quality standards, and compliance with digital store guidelines (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)

2. Delivery to Stores (Up to 7 Days after Approval):
   After your release is approved, our system will begin delivering your music to all selected digital stores.

   • Timeframe: Up to 7 additional days

   • Total time from submission to live: Up to 10 working days

⚠️ Important Note:
To avoid unnecessary delays, make sure your release contains accurate metadata, correct artist names, proper release date, and high-quality artwork and audio files. Any errors or missing information can cause your release to be rejected or delayed.

✅ Tips for Faster Approval and Delivery

• Double-check artist and composer names

• Upload high-resolution cover art (min 3000×3000 px)

• Use the correct ISRC and UPC if available

• Fill in genres, language, and lyrics where required

• Select a realistic release date (at least 10 days ahead)

📃 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Karhari Media Music’s distribution services:

1. Account & Agreements

• Only legal owners or authorized licensees of content may register and submit music.

• You must complete a distribution agreement and provide accurate payment details.

2. Content Ownership & Responsibility

• You confirm that you own or control all rights to the audio, artwork, metadata, and visual assets.

• You are fully responsible for any legal disputes, copyright issues, or content takedown notices.

3. Revenue Split

• Karhari Media Music retains 20% of net revenue.

• The remaining 80% is paid to the registered artist, label, or content owner.

4. Royalty Reporting & Payments

• Sales and streaming data are reported every 60 days.

• Payments are made within 30 days after data is published, via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Takedown & Termination

• Karhari Media may remove content that violates laws, platforms’ policies, or third-party rights.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

Karhari Media Music (“we”, “us”, or “our”) values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when using our services.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal details: name, email, phone number, payment details.

• Content data: music files, artwork, metadata.

• Usage data: login activity, content uploads, royalty reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To distribute your content to digital platforms.

• To calculate and process your royalty payments.

• To communicate updates, reports, and promotional notices.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

• We share your music and metadata with:

  • DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)

  • Rights management partners (YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager)

• We do not sell or rent your data to third-party marketers.

4. YouTube Content ID & Rights Management

• Content must be original and exclusive to qualify for monetization via YouTube Content ID.

• You are responsible for avoiding uploading third-party audio, sound effects, or film clips.

• Disputes and demonetization may occur if you violate YouTube or copyright policies.

5. Your Rights

• You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

6. Security

• We implement industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and account protections.

• Always use strong passwords and do not share your login credentials.
