Karhari Media Music offers 100% free digital distribution for all artists, labels, and music companies.

Our business model is based on a revenue share, not upfront charges.

Revenue Share Model:

Artist/Label Gets 80% of Net Revenue
Karhari Media Retains 20% for distribution, maintenance, and rights management services.

📃 Terms & Conditions

By using Karhari Media Music’s platform and services, the artist, label, or company agrees to the following:

1. Eligibility

You must be the legal owner or exclusive license holder of the content you upload.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent.

2. Content Submission

All music submitted must be original or you must have obtained proper licenses for cover versions, samples, beats, etc.
You agree not to upload any infringing, illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
Karhari Media Music reviews all content before delivery (approx. 3 working days for review, 7 more days for delivery to stores).

3. Rights & Licenses

By uploading, you grant Karhari Media Music a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, reproduce, and monetize your content across all digital platforms.
You retain full ownership of your music.
You can request removal at any time by written notice (with a 30-day processing period).

4. Payments & Royalties

Revenue is reported every 60 days.
Payments are issued within 30–45 days of receiving store reports and payment clearance.
Artists and labels are responsible for updating their correct payment details.

5. Account Termination

Karhari Media Music reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Copyright infringement
- Fraudulent activity
- Violations of these terms
Users may also close their account by formal written request.

6. Third-Party Stores

Content is distributed to digital platforms as per their content and monetization guidelines.
Each platform (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Spotify) has its own rules which must be followed.

🔒 Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how Karhari Media Music collects, uses, protects, and discloses the personal information of its users (artists, labels, companies).

1. Information We Collect

Account info (name, email, phone, address)
Uploaded content and metadata
Bank or payment details for royalty settlements
IP address and device usage (for security)

2. Use of Information

For content distribution and store delivery
For calculating and processing earnings
To detect fraud, abuse, or copyright violations
To communicate updates, reports, and policy changes

3. Data Protection

Your data is stored securely.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except:
- To distribute music on platforms (e.g., YouTube, Spotify)
- To comply with legal requests or court orders

4. YouTube & Facebook Monetization

Your content may be fingerprinted via YouTube Content ID and Facebook Rights Manager for monetization.
You must ensure you have exclusive rights to all music (including background audio) for Content ID approval.
Misuse or fraud will lead to takedown and account removal.

5. Revenue Tracking

Sales data from digital platforms is collected and shared with you on your dashboard every 60 days.
Final payouts follow as per our terms outlined above.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
Any claim of copyright violation will be addressed directly to you.
Karhari Media Music acts only as a distributor, not as the owner or copyright holder.
