Karhari Media Music Distribution – Income Tracking: Terms & Conditions
These terms govern how income from distributed content is tracked and reported for artists, labels, and users of Karhari Media Music.
1. Income Sources
Karhari Media Music collects income from various digital platforms and streaming services, including but not limited to:

Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Resso, JioSaavn, Gaana, Wynk, and others.

Downloads, streams, ad revenue, and monetization on video platforms.

YouTube Content ID and Facebook Rights Manager revenue.
2. Revenue Collection Cycle

Revenue is received by Karhari Media Music from digital platforms typically 30 to 90 days after the end of each calendar month.

For example, revenue generated in January may be reported and received between March and April.
3. Dashboard Income Reporting

Income is updated on the artist/label user dashboard every 60 days after receipt from DSPs (Digital Service Providers).

All income is shown with relevant metadata such as release name, store, country, and earnings.
4. Payment Threshold

Users must meet a minimum earnings threshold of ₹1,000 INR or equivalent in USD for withdrawal.

Payments are made via bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, or another agreed payment method.
5. Revenue Split

Karhari Media Music distributes 80% of net revenue to the content owner (artist/label/user).

Karhari Media retains 20% as service fees and platform maintenance charges.
6. Earnings Disputes

Any earnings-related dispute must be reported in writing within 30 days of the report being published in the dashboard.

Karhari Media will coordinate with stores/platforms to investigate the dispute. Final decision rests with platform policy.
7. Tax Deductions

Income is subject to applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST rules as per Indian Government guidelines.

PAN or GST details must be provided by the user to avoid higher tax deductions.
8. Unauthorized Content Policy

If any income is found to be generated through unauthorized, infringing, or fraudulent content, Karhari Media Music reserves the right to withhold payment, terminate the account, and report to authorities.
9. Royalty Statements & Records

Detailed royalty statements are available for download.

Users are advised to maintain their own records for accounting and tax filing purposes.
10. Account Termination and Fund Forfeiture

In the case of breach of agreement, policy violation, or misuse of the platform, Karhari Media Music may:

Suspend or terminate the account.

Withhold or forfeit pending payments as per legal and contractual provisions.
